I'm a London-based cinematographer working internationally across narrative, commercials, fashion and music.
I've been profiled in British Cinematographer magazine's 'Meet The New Wave' and my short film work has been featured in American Cinematographer and FujiFilm magazine. I've won the Kodak Vision Award for Best Cinematography and shot several award-winning commercials and music videos.
I've just wrapped my fifth feature 'Platzspitzbaby', a Swiss film directed by Pierre Monnard and set against the heroin epidemic of 1990s Zurich. The film is inspired by the best-selling biography of Michelle Halbheer and her turbulent childhood caring for a drug-dependent mother.
In the final stages of post-production is 'Sick(er)', a BFI/ BBC Films feature written and directed by Lucy Brydon which examines the impact of an eating disorder upon family life. We shot the film last year in London and Canvey Island, Essex.
Following several festival awards, 'Tomorrow' is awaiting release this autumn and portrays the lives of four determined Londoners as they attempt to build a future for themselves. It was directed by Martha Pinson and executive produced by Martin Scorsese.
Recently I lit eight episodes of the Swiss serial drama, ‘Anomalia’, in which a revered neurologist experiences a sequence of paranormal events. The show was directed by Pierre Monnard, produced by Radio Television Suisse and broadcast in their primetime Saturday night slot.
